I have heard that if one wants quick, fast, and plentiful PvP , that one only needs to leave hisec. No need to spend hours hunting one hisec carebear.

So. OP thinks hitting an active bumping Mach is gonna be like hitting one afk on a gate. If you do manage to land close enough to even lock and fire on an actively piloted Mach, and you pull concord to the site... you die and the Mach continues ...
